DiCenzo is a major player for low income buildings and town homes and are slum lords.I did landscape maintenance, 5 buildings and 3 complexes for them for a couple years,and did a major 3 day clean up for the parents whos lot also backs onto the escarpment,but in east lower Hamilton.These people still owe me $500.
