There was no "DJ'ing" going on. One song ends and he just plays another one.

According to Indie88, he's opening for all of the shows. I love Brendan, but I hope he does a bit more to engage the crowd at the other shows. I don't think the Music Hall attendees were all that impressed by him. But I also don't think people understood what he was doing - they thought he was just some random hipster with a man bun (and then a Where's Waldo get-up) up on the stage throwing on some records.
