Legendary Edmonton band who started playing "alt-country" or "cow-punk" in the early 80s long before the likes of Uncle Tupelo and the Jayhawks made those terms famous. I remember seeing them live a few times in the 90s, and they never failed to put on a killer show. Great songwriters too. Recently they reunited for a few shows around Alberta (they're playing here in Calgary next week), and there's even talk of recording a new album.
