I'd bet its the first 6 songs from Glastonbury and Elsewhere, Plaskett showed up and did Natural Disaster

I wonder if it's from House of Blues, Los Angeles, CA 05/18/95. I also wonder if it was broadcast on TV -- sounds like "Live from the House of Blues" ran on TBS for a few months.
