I can't even get a link or password on wwwtickets.thehip.com ... am I doing something wrong?

I click on "Ticket pre-sale" on the home page, then it says "Registered User Pre-sale ticket links will become available at 10:00 am local time in each city." and all I see is Hide Cart/check out (?)
