HE didn't fight to get a "firework" of a band onto the show. The Hip are stars and are the real deal...not emulating anybody or anything.
Ya know what I love!!!??? He is just Gordon Downie. He is part of a band that by that point in it's existence was playing intelligent....no, BRILLIANT music and had (has) and incredibly dyamic front man.
How would you explain from 0:00 to 9:33 of this?
