You can't walk down the street to your local bookie and place bets on football in the US...and that goes for Canada too btw. Fortunately for us we have ProLine as a betting outlet if that happens to be your vice.

Regardless, I couldn't agree more with you more...doesn't it seem like the media almost seems disappointed that Wayne had nothing to do with it??? I don't think it'll be a big deal at the Olympics whatsoever. This whole scandal didn't even make a real blip on the news radars in Europe...or the US for that matter.

Not true Mr. Goulet. There is nothing illegal in Canada or the US with placing wagers. What is illegal is taking a percentage of the wager.
