Das Hips, I believe (correct me if I'm wrong Skippy) that Skippy's point regarding vision is that Martin has no comprehensive plan that he views as necessary for the country's well-being and advancement. Instead, his policy moves are dictated entirely by public opinion. That's not a vision, that's just going with the whims of the people. Skippy is correct that both Trudeau and Mulroney had vision. You can argue with those visions, but they had a plan for the country nonetheless. Martin just goes with whatever is popular.
