To clarify again, and Shannon, Mav, Lance, DW74 and Chris and a bunch of others can verify this... 
it's the damn depth on the lens ("fish-eye effect" in photo talk) that makes my head look like that, I don't have some deformed skull... not that there's anything wrong with that.
The image is stretched.
I really do have a normal head dammit!
