worst five page thread ever

Remeber it is because of people like you who made this the worst thread ever. Instead of shooting down peoples ideas, just keep quiet and hold your opinions to yourself. We all know that you just like to spark some controversy to get your posting numbers up, and if you feel good about yourself for that then perhaps you should become the Hipbase member of the year. Merry Christmas to you and enjoy that coal in your stocking, and your "unearned" posting numbers :thumb:

point taken...however, i'm not bitching just to keep my numbers up..just voicing an opinion..i think you must have known not everybody would like your idea...

In all honesty, when I came up with the idea it never occured to me once, that anyone would have a problem with this award. I asked some members of the Hipbase community (including Lance himself), who fully endorsed the idea. When people started criticizing the idea after I posted the thread, it was quite shocking to me because I felt that it would be a postive step for the community. However, I am now faced with the opportunity of canning the award for this year. So lets all put this idea to rest, and have some happy holidays.
