BTW, how does a suicide pool work?

Every week you pick a team to win their game. If they win, you advance. If they lose, you are out. You can only pick a team once. Usually the last person standing takes the pot. Sometimes they are referred to as a "Survivor Pool" (a little more PC than "Suicide").
