Are the BEP's even a Canadian act?

I guess it shouldn't matter, but the Grey Cup is one of those rare East-West cultural unifiers, seems an indigenous act would suit it.

Its a Canadian game, and most other countries probably dont know what the Grey Cup is. I say it should be a Canadian act at the Grey Cup. I understand the league wanting to draw as many viewers as possible, but its a Canadian tradition and I think its only fitting a Canadian act get the gig. [imo] The Trews are on top of their game, they would rock it good.

Anyhoo...go Esks, I dont have a favorite CFL team but I have to cheer for someone!

The Trews... see now that's thinking. They'd have been perfect. But hey, Tom Wright said in the Globe today that he wants to expand the CFL to international TV markets (cause I guess they've got Rider-Fever in Guatemala) and the Grey Cup will be on ESPN32 or something in The States.
