Amazing... I would have just been starting 3rd year university at the time. I'm sure I had this tape in my Walkman on the bus ride to school many a time (tape? 
hock: Man, how old am I??), and it would have provided the soundtrack from anything ranging from doing homework to pre-drinking parties, to nights out at the bars, to post-drinking... well, you get the idea. :wink: :lol:
Anyway, I'm totally in agreement with everyone here, Day For Night is a masterpiece... an album made by what is arguably Canada's best rock band while at the peak of their powers. If the Hip decided to do a concert one night where they played all or nearly all of DFN, with maybe a few other songs from their other albums sprinkled in, I doubt anyone would complain about the setlist... it would probably rank among the best concerts the boys have ever done.
