I feel slighted a bit that I was not introduced to Sam Roberts Band until the IBE tour. Of course the radio stations here in the states have a lot to do with the fact that I wasn't familiar with their music. I can say that since October I have visited their site regularly and find their diary entries an awesome insight to the life of a younger band. I must say that if I were to ask for one band to take the torch from the Hip (albeit I'd want it to be in the DISTANT future) I would want it to be SRB.
