I had it before the great hd crash of 2004, it was a Hip boot that seemed to be a taped practice session...some banter between the boys, guitar noodles, a few songs as well?

I'm also pretty sure they played bits and pieces of that studio stuff on Full Fledged Vanity, me thinks....
