With all the bands in and around Toronto this weekend (Sloan, 5440, Billy Talent, Alexisonfire, Boy, etc), you wouldn't think it would be a problem to fill one or two slots...
I think that they had actually pulled out about a week ago (just before Jet was announced.) I looked at the Live 8 website and there are 21 bands listed right now. They still have Tegan & Sara listed, but Neil Young isn't... so I think that all 21 spots are full.
