I GOT HIRED...ON THE SPOT!
The hip came up when he looked at my resume and saw that i worked at Summerfest in 2003, he said "I didn't know they still did Summerfest", so i told him that indeed there was still a Summerfest, and that we also had a Blues For Food, Northern Lights Festival, and that we had our first ever Bluesfest this past August , which was headlined by The Tragically Hip, he mentioned how he used to be a big fan and had seen them in the early nineties in NY just across the border from Niagra, and how great a show it was, but then he said he didn't like their newer stuff at all, so i dunno what's up with that, it kinda pissed me off, but i held my tongue and just nodded politely and sure enough i was hired.
