halftime was great, so surprised and joyed to hear live and let die, great game, and guess what...MIAMI IS THE LAST TEAM TO HAVE BEAT THE SUPERBOWL CHAMPION PATRIOTS! WHOOOOOO! from now until next season, whenever bugged about the phins, i'm just going to respond "WE BEAT THE PATS!" and bumb the "seeing orange" thread :mrgreen:.

The 'Phins won that game because they got lucky and the Pats got sloppy and complacent. A great team, that does not make.

no the phins did not win because they were lucky, they won because they OUTWORKED AND OUTPLAYED NE, if anything luck was going against them, there was a missed pass interference call on Miami 3rd and long, forcing Miami to go for it on 4th, and Feeley delivered the goods. Then Miami's D got the pick and the game was over...that's not luck, that is good football, just wait'll we get our run game back.

NE was bored having to play a tier two team, and by that time their playoff ranking had already been set. It was Miami's game of the year. As for NE, they couldn't have cared less.
