[Hairbird]

i'm using ABC bittorrent client--
when i load it up it stops at 99.9% -> this cant be good i'm assuming
-- looks like ppl are uploading, but not very fast

Did you change anything after creating the torrent file? A little edit to a text file or something like that would give you that kind of problem. If you can't get to 100%, no one else will be able to. On the other hand, if everything we need is there, then it doesn't really matter, as long as everyone knows that they're done at 99.9%. The tracker will only show leachers, no seeders, but it'll still work. You could always try creating a fresh torrent file too.
