in ear monitor is how they communicate with the soundboard and between band members......
So yeah, the mic cliped to his shirt is for the in ear monitor too...
and the frequencies these things run at can be picked up and taped. Groain as I know you will, but the Dave Matthews Band has a big problem right now with people recording this way.
