Thanx to Trevor for supplying me with some excellent photos. Also, thank you to the others on the board who have been extremely helpful with this undertaking.

Wow, that was quick Corby!
As for the tapers, Chris had a camera beside me, BigA taped from just in front of the soundboard, Mark was also there, and I believe Steve (Dreyfuss) did some audio too.

I know I am forgetting a couple. Hopefully Chris will respond as he will know exactly!
