I'm familiar with Webster Hall as I've worked with them. Here's the lowdown: It's in the East Village, near Union Square. It's a huge club, there are four levels, 2 of which are used as a live music space. The first level is one big room with floor space (no seating). The upstairs level is one big balcony. The other two floors are 'chill out' rooms. Oh, and the owners are Canadian, so you know they're great people.
