A hearty :lol: !! I've never received one of these surveys, so this is new to me. Does it give you a place to write comments? I would say:
"Other than the fact that you raped me several times over with your 44% in additional charges added to the ticket cost and caused me to wait 30 min. for your system to get up and running for Cleveland tickets, my ticket buying experience can be summed up as - well, if you can't say something nice... Ah, screw it, why do you think you're known as TicketBastard?"
