How are the entrances decided? that would be interesting to know

Alphabetically, according to the host nation's alphabet...in this case, Canada starts with a "K"...Greece usually leads the nations in (as originating country) and the hosts are last...IOW, Greece both leads and concludes the procession this year...

But how come the US is before Canada? U comes after C and K. Unless the US have some crazy Greek translation.
