The Mod Club is easily the nicest-looking venue in Toronto. I was there this week and I was very impressed. It reminds me of the Commodore in Vancouver, although without the springy floor, and a balcony that's not quite as swanky.
That should be a great show!
I think it would hold more than 300, though. When the Hip did the pre-Olympic show at Lee's Palace they let 500 in, and I'm sure the Mod Club can hold more than Lee's could.
