Interesting. Well I guess the way around it would be to auction something else and then "throw in" the CD. That's how a lot of people get around the scalping rules on eBay. For example, you say that you are selling a brand new unopened copy of IVL and as an added bonus the winner will get two free tickets to the July 1st show. While everyone would really be bidding on the tix, technically they are bidding on the CD.
