I work for a bank. Do you know if you are on the right type of account package?
Maybe you need to "upgrade" your plan. If you are allowed say 10 Transactions for 3.95 if you go over 10 they charge you 50 cents each time. If you go for a unlimited plan say for 12 bucks. You can use it a 1000 times if you want for 12 bucks. Also try NOT to use other banks machines these are a total ripoff. I always get Cashback. A nice way to get 2 transactions for the price of 1! Anyway I hope that rambling helps

I never use "russian" bank machines, one not associated with banks at all. There was a Russian company that owned a bunch of cash machines and logged everyones pin numbers and sold them. I was thinking of the plan thing, I think I still have a student plan?
