OK, that's good, I will get back you next week with some ideas.
About the tax thing... we have sales tax of 8% and GST of 7%, which is automatically added to your bill. What I typically do is tip on the pre-tax total which you will see on your bill. I do the same as you, 15-20%, depending on the "experience."
The castle you are refering to is probably Casa Loma. Check it out on the interent to see if it works for you. It's pretty cool.
