I also love REM, but I find that this re-releasing, re-packing, special edition-izing of their material to be too much. All the IRS albums have "UK" versions with special stuff on them. They released all of post-IRS material in repackaged editions a couple of years ago. They came out with a Greatest Hits "In Time" and a Greatest Hits "In Time -Special Edition". There's Eponymous and Dead Letter Office.
There's so much of this "must-have" stuff that it's impossible to have it all.
So, I'll wait eagerly for the next studio release, but I won't bite at this. But for the real die hards out there, I hope it's fantastic and I hope you enjoy it a lot.
