HOB seems to have a universal no video/audio policy, which STINKS because they book tons of taper-friendly bands. 
A friend of mine has tried to tape there a few times and I think she's only succeeded once (and that was only after a MEMBER OF THE BAND came over and rescued her from the security guys trying to take her equipment away...)
