Is it possible to order shirts without a creditcard? (I'm from Europe) And if so, does anyone know how and where?

The only other safe way to buy stuff you see on the internet is via money order. With that though, you'll have to wait longer and snail mail your money order to wherever you are buying from, then they mail you the stuff you ordered.
