Paul Simon
#1

Did anybody else catch his performance on SNL last night? I was in utter awe. I have his last effort, "You're The One", and I didn't like that at all, but after last night, I'm thinking about picking up "Surprise". I'd go as far to say that Paul Simon brought it more this week than the Chili Peps did last week! Wow, that was awesome!

...And just to let everyone know, the song that blew me away is called "How Can You Live In The Northeast". Everybody should check it out.

That was an amazing performance...the song rules. If you can try to get the version he played on SNL, it's well worth it.

Was that the song where he and his band cranked up the distortion and completely rocked out at the end? That was amazing. That was also one of the funniest SNLs I've seen in a while. The Myspace skit was freakin' hilarious.

Oh man...it gave me cramps!! It's so true, and it was so funny...they all played it really well....especially at the end when he was hiding behind the plant

I lost it when Will Forte had the line: "Oh no, I don't want teenage boys to think that, let me just change it..."; and then the ensuing action overtop the keyboard. Wow, that was amazing. I'm smiling just thinking about it!
