I didn't catch the spelling error of Downie's name on the first page, so I didn't catch it on the pictures page. I will fix, of course, but Chris is right, these are errors that I inherited.

Hipify the Myspace space. Hmm. Maybe. Would it make any difference . . .I'm not so sure. I guess I could put flashy animated gif's, videos that take over your computer, font colours that can't be read and a massive collage of a background image that makes everything ontop of it illegible . . . . like most of the mySpace spaces. . . . oh, I could create some great polls too, what type of X are you? That might be cool . . . .

Just found this thread... I think the Hip's myspace is perfect. It gives me the info I need, it put me onto thehip.com and therefore onto this place.

I uise myspace almost as a search engine. I hear about a band I like, check their mspace account out, contact them and if I like them enough to warrant the time I'll look up their website and so on...

It's superb for keeping me in touch with unsigned local bands too, as I review local gigs for the newspaper here in my spare time.

Hi All, it's Sarah & it's been a couple months since I've been on...you know, the normal craziness of life. Anyway, I started a myspace account back around December to keep in touch with my younger brother & sister...
I've found that it's a great way to check out new bands as well as stay in touch with my favorite people.
If any of you have one, I'd love to have you as a "Hip Friend".

Also to any of you who are weary about it, myspace can be a weird place --- but all you really need to do is make your page private & then it won't be open to the crazy mass of teen people.
