If you buy them both all of your orders may be cancelled if you ordered more than the 6 ticket limit.

Profiting from someone else's hard work and dedication is pure laziness, and is just wrong. It's called scalping.
For example I have purchased tickets. I am in Alberta. I have every intention of going to that show (as my hometown and family is near by), but if for some unforseen reason I cannot make it I will have no problem getting rid of my row 7 floors on Hipbase for the exact price I paid for them.
Why sell the tickets to a "non-fan" and anyways on ebay it's usually other scalpers buy those tickets just to flip them.
Not to mention the 100's of other reasons as well.

if i end up with seats i dont want, i just tell them that when i first chose the tickets they were, say 100 level, but after i submit the order it came back and said i had 300 level seats. they always cancel it. and yea, this has happend to me. im not sure why though.

I believe the stock market is healthy for the business.
Scalping is not.

E-bay is totally legal...there's nothing wrong with it...if somebody has what you want at a price you're willing to pay, everybody wins...the hip aren't gonna see any less money because of it...
