A certain percentage are set aside for First in Line. The vast majority go to the Public Onsale.

Commodore is about 970 but they go over quite often.
i wrote a Paper on Ticketmaster Monopoly for University and back then fan clubs were allotted up to 20% of the venue. But since they are also doing radio presale that may be even lower.

If you didn't get tickets I think you still have a good chance.
