What a terrible tracklisting. Only having 14 (or 15 if you're in the UK) tracks is a rip-off, and the songs they've selected are predictable and miss out the more abrasive side of the band's character. A decent Nirvana Best of would be...

There you go... you get all the singles, YKYR, a couple of classic rare songs (Sappy, Spank Thru), key album tracks and a selection that doesn't deliberately obscure the more abrasive side of their sound... and more than one fucking track from Bleach!

Whoever put the official compilation together should be shot. I think I'm going to burn myself a copy of my one.

I bought it just because I own all their other discs, so I had to keep the collection complete. I agree that the tracklisting is shit, but I do really like "YKYR". I was hoping "Sappy" would be on it and they would use that as a second single, as it's one of the best Nirvana songs ever.

How did "Been A Son" make it's way onto the CD!? I was thinking they might use that as the next single...

I like Nirvana. I like the Hip a lot more, but I do like their music. That's not why I'm posting, though.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. There's absolutely no reason to personally attack another person based on their musical tastes. I never understood why people insult each other's tastes in music. Your "good" and "bad" music may be entirely different from another person's. I don't mean to single you out, arseface, but that always annoys me.
