Yes, I'm having the same trouble with getting tickets. Message says invalid password. What's up? The password is working for the Detroit presale, where I just purchased tickets.

ok, where did you guys receive the password for the detroit presale?? was it via email (through the hipclub) or through somewhere else? Because I haven't got anything from the hipclub yet, and my email addy has not changed!?!!? AHHHH!

It's probably the same problem they had for the Boston show...where someone didn't email the proper link in time. Go figure...

I spoke with a TicketMaster agent and a customer service rep. They said there is nothing they can do to fix the problem at their end. They said the promoter must fix the problem.

I sent an e-mail to The Hip Club telling them the password was not working for the Philadelphia show. Hopefully we will get an e-mail later today from The Hip Club giving us an updated password for that show as they did for the Boston and Austin shows yesterday.

I've been looking all over for this password e-mail. My Hip Club membership email address hasn't changed, so I don't know why I haven't received it? When did you get it??!?!

I figured out the password by guessing things.

I'd love to post the password but thehip said not to spread it around because it's for presale purposes only. Don't worry, if no one knows it, there's no chance it'll sell out. It'll be fixed for sure.

I followed thehip11's lead and tried a bunch of stuff for the password and finally got it.

If there aren't any Hip Club e-mails announcing the correct password by 6p cdt, I'll post what worked for me at around that time. I don't usually do stuff like this since scalpers can see it (if there are any registered here), but I think real fans have a right to know.

OK guys - I am not sure if I am going to Philly yet or not.
But I just went on there and figured out the password.
It is very easy.

It's 6.08p cdt, so ... I decided not to post the actual password but two very simple clues to it:

At shows, Gord usually changes the first line of 'Grace, Too' to "He said I'm ___ ___" Take the first of the two words and truncate it a bit. Also, the word can be used to describe the way this password thing for Philly has turned out.

Hope this helps anyone that wants Philly tix.
