I have a question to ask everyone , why do people need to get so drunk and be such idiots. Such as the guy who hit his girlfriend in my section 401 or after the show a lady in the parking lot slapping and throwing things at what we believe was her husband ( since she said he was out and she had a good lawyer and i get the house ) So why the show was great and are we not all there to see the hip anyways. Maybe someone can help me. Thank you for letting me vent !

Thankfully, I didn't really experience any drunkenness in Section 301. Everybody around was very friendly. That's another thing I liked about the concerts, we met some really cool people at both.

WOW
That sounds really bad. I always seem to end up near the really drunk people. At my last show there was a guy pucking and spitting on the people infront of him.
But I have never experienced anything like that.
I need 2 Kingston Tickets, please help.

One thing you will always get at Darien Lake is a lot of drunk people regardless of the band playing. It is unfortunate but the atmosphere of the tailgating lots and the fact that people are showing up at noon for an 8pm concert do not always bring about the best behaving crowd. Fortunately for me, in section 101 the crowd was very cool. I must say there were quite a few incidents before the show where police were called. One guy actually got jumped and escorted out by about 10 cops, troopers and all, wonder what he did? I bet he told one of the cops that In Violet Light was the worst piece of garbage on the market, I mean that should get one booted from the show..haha, jk. Anyways I had a great time, too bad there are always those few that ruin it for everyone around them.

I was at First Avenue in Minneapolis in July and there were people crowding all over and dropping cups and cigarettes off the balcony etc. It made it the worst show I have seen and doubly disappointing since they so rarely come here it seems.
