Whoa! I was at that concert too! What an amazing, amazing show that was. There were about 50 actual Hip fans there, all congregated around the front of the stage.

Did you take any pics?

Yeah, I have about 10 nice shots.

It really was an amazing day. We showed up shortly after Grey Boy Allstars finished, and just as the rain stopped. Mingled around, met a bunch of really cool people, smoked some hippie lettuce, and on came the boys. The Black Crowes were excellent too.

I don't think I've teared up to a song before so I can't say which songs affect me the most. All I can say is that it's an almost surreal experience watching a Hip concert. That Hip show in Sydney, NS reaffirmed my belief that the Hip are an almost magical band. The way that show affected my buddy, I'll never forget. We still talk about that concert and it's almost like he's in another world. I was lost during the concert but he was beyond caught up in the music. He was out there seriously. Then he met the Hip at the Halifax airport the next day. I'm telling ya, the guy was on cloud nine for a while.

BTW, is that you BRAZLE?? Welcome back LORD.

Do you have the means of posting them somewhere?? I'd LOVE to see another perspective from this show.
