We were given hard copy tickets after card was swiped. Also Gate 1 where they are advising you to do the credit card swipe is very busy as its where most of the Union station crowds are entering the venue. We entered Gate 5 with no issues.

I popped down to the ACC as I also have CC entry this eve - the guys managing the will call were pretty oblivious to any issues...I also heard that some folks with backstage passes and cc entry were late into the Weds night show...
...are you saying that one can enter with CC entry at Gate 5 (sorry for the double click here?)...plmk and thanks
We had no problems getting in through gate 5 so I know it can be done. The scanner and printer were set up and had no issues. Having said that I don't know if the is standard practice or if the guy was being nice to us. If you are there early give a try. Gate 1 is a 3 minute walk in case there is an issue.

cool...thanks. Van 1 and 2, I just walked in and same on Weds evening (gate 3 but with ticket)...tonight is first time with CC entry. I'm sure we will be good but want to avoid the big line at G1 if possible...enjoy the show and thanks again - we'll try G5

I have credit card entry for Kingston. I am assuming once you get the ticket you HAVE to into the building and are not be able to leave, is that right? My concern is timing, as in getting their too early and being stuck in the building for two hours or getting their too late and missing the opening.
Thanks for any insight.

We had an epic night...got to Will Call at 6:50 and there were four people in line...got our tics and headed in...bought our merch and had some pizza and drinks and found our seats and then headed to the back of 317 to stand at the railing since our seats were very obstructed...no issues, great people around us...I repeat, epic night!
