This album is weird for me, cause the entire thing is consistently good, and yet there are no GREAT stand-out songs. So picking the top 3 is nearly impossible. But since this is obviously a gun-to-the-head situation, I'll say:

How about some love for the often neglected "Train Overnight" and the much misunderstood "Wild Mountain Honey". I'll take Stay to round out my top three but I agree that the album is solid all the way through.

I agree completely, those songs would be #4 and #5 respectively, if I were to extend my list.

I've always been a fan of Lake Fever but I've heard so many amazing live versions that the album version has lost some of it's appeal. In concert, they can really take that song to another level.
