Chris, I must have done something wrong, because when I burned the VIDEO_TS folder to a DVD, the DVD program on my mac said it wouldn't work and then when I tried it in a DVD player, the menus would load, but the minute I tried to load a song it would just fail... My understanding is that all I have to do is burn it in the folder straight to a DVD, but perhaps I've done something wrong here.

Any recommendations?

What program did you burn it with? And it's a little more involved than just burning the folder to the disc. You have to burn it in the correct format, and with the correct directory structure... ie:

Disc Name: TTH2006-11-10-MONTREAL
On the disc there should be a folder called "VIDEO_TS" and inside that folder are all of the files needed for the DVD to function. Some DVD players require an additional folder called "AUDIO_TS" at the same directory level as "VIDEO_TS"

Make sense?

I essentially did that. I just used the basic OSX insert blank DVD, put appropriate files on it and say burn. The directory structure is right, because I didn't move a single file and I know the files are fine because I've watched them on the computer.

Is there another program I'm supposed to be using or some setting I'm not switching on?

Toast Titanium is what I use as I had issues using the OSX Finder for burning video discs. For all other formats it works great, just not video DVDs.
