Awesome! Never seen an interview with Johnny Fay. He's generally pretty quiet. But it's nice to see him doing interviews. He's so cute!

I’m the proud owner of a “Paul Kicks Ass” t-shirt, but the Hip’s secret weapon is definitely Johnny Fay. We took a group of 11 to the LA show, and 5 of them had never seen The Hip before. One of the newbies has great taste in music; he loves The Black Crowes and the Allman Brothers Band. A few songs into the show he grabbed my shoulder and said, “You realize it’s the drummer that makes this band”.

In my opinion it’s all five members that make them so great, but I must agree that Johnny is the lynchpin who holds everything together.

Johnny hasn't done much press, he has done some interviews in the past, including quite a bit of press for the Phantom Power Albumn. Whenever he does interviews like this they are quite memorable. I agree all 5 members make the Hip, but being a want-to-be drummer Johnny is my favorite to watch live. Love when he catches me air drumming.
