Interesting World Series. I take Boston over Colorado in seven games.

I heard Colorado had to schedule intrasquad games just to try and keep some of that sharpness they had going in. I personally hope they did because I'm starting to get sick of seeing Boston teams win so much now (Red Sox are no longer an interesting story, they are just sort of a Yankees-lite team now... and the Patriots... god don't even get me STARTED!!! :x :rambo: ).
I still think Colorado has the whole team of destiny thing going for it, so even though Boston probably has the better team on paper and may get an early edge as the Rockies shake the dust off from an eight (eight!) day layoff, I think Colorado still wins.
Rox over Sox in sox... oops, I mean six. :lol:

I kinda have to agree with J-Monster's assesment about the Sox, winning in 2004 after such a long drought was a joy to watch and talk about, but when they spend just as much money as the Yankees, they lose my interest a little bit. Don't get me wrong, I think Boston will pummel the Rockies in 5 games, they've got too much offensive firepower and lights out pitching (Although with Wakeman out, who will take his rotation spot?) to lose to a young pitching weak team.
