Yes, the cover is kind of Hipeponymous-esque, but it's the characters that really got me. Johnny picking up some hotty, Gord S. all bundled up in the cold, yet Gord D. is still dripping with sweat, Paul in the background just looking for some ass to kick, and Rob looking as dashing as ever! What am I comparing- the cover of Hipeponymous to this?
If so, it's not that close IMO.

I think it is really close. Mainly the material of the cover. Also, the fact that the birds and text seem really shoved up to the top of the cover.
