Previously I wondered exactly when that first appeared.

I was listening to the Toledo 08 22 98 show again after being reminded of the show when it was posted to the tracker and I noticed that, yes, he did say it in that show.

I think I have noticed it was not on 07 07 98 but he may have said it prior to that date. Not sure.
So I had a little project:

If anyone, in their travels, hears him say it and the date is prior to the date I arbitrarily want to start from, then post the date and show. Keep posting until a possible date is found. Excluding dates in the time-frame may help too.

ya the milwaukee show is 12 12 98 I think, so the Toledo show would still be prior.

BUT He DID say it at 08 10 98 Bill's Bar Boston.

So if someone has a show in the two-week span between 07 24 and 08 08
(OR has 07 22 98 ) that may be where it first appeared.
(OR prior to 07 21 98, but there would only be a few and 07 07 is already ruled out)
Failing all that, it appears it would be 08 10 98.

There are about 7 show in this timeframe (at least by Rory's page)

I dont have any of the shows in this window.

(Of course I am open to corrections if someone has a better copy of a show and can positively decipher it being said in any of the shows that I have excluded.)
