Pronger An Oiler!

Chris Tanz Wrote:^ Remember that time Kariya thought he was clever by taking $1 million from the Avalanche so that he could be a bright shiny superstar free agent and sign for a kabillion dollars the following year.

Remember that time Shelley Long quit Cheers to make it big in feature films.

The Money Pit was a killer movie! :thumb: http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0091541/

cferneyh Wrote:Hey Oiler fans, who is going to put the puck in the net? I don't see why anyone would be excited about locking up $4 million of cap space in the Incredibly Overrated 3rd Liner Mike Peca. He's a depth player, and looking at the Oil roster the one thing I don't see is depth.

Just my opinion of course. I'm no expert like Al Strachan.

Newcomer Michael Peca has been a huge disappointment for Edmonton with just one goal in his first 11 games.

"He's winning 63 percent of his draws, but so what? He's been very average," MacTavish said.

What were they expecting?!? He had a paltry 11 goals in 03/04. 13 the year before that. Do the Oilers not have access to other team's stats?

you called it brother, but yeah it didn't take a genius to figure out he aint no sniper. Good defensive forward wins faceoffs and thats about it. Edmonton should of invested in a proven goal-scorer instead.
