Any VoIP users out there?
#1

I just signed up for Vonage Canada's VoIP service. $20 a month to Vonage for 500 minutes (local and long distance) and all the calling features one needs (voicemail, call display, call forward) versus $65 to TELUS for a line, voicemail, and long distance struck me as too good of an offer to pass up. Anyone else out there using VoIP? I know that Primus and Sprint Canada are also offering it and I'm sure Shaw and Rogers will offer it before long. Just wondering if there are any users out there what their experience has been to date......

My boyfriend uses VoiP (through Vonage) and loves it. He hasn't had any problems thus far, and has been using it for about 6 months. He recently moved (including a switch in area codes) and was able to keep his number and obtain a local number that rings through to the same line for about $5. All in all, I think its a smart move! :thumb:

As long as the network doesn't go down you are fine, its a good deal.
