They were talking to one of the organizers of the Vancouver bid and he said they are planning a series of concerts to go along with next years tournament. He then went on to say the Hip had expressed interest. How sweet would that be? Anyone between North Battleford and Vancouver is more than welcome to hop in with me.

So help me, the Hip better be performing at some point at the 2008 games in Vancouver. International exposure! That way EVERYONE can know they're the best band ever.

Beijing hosts the Olympics in 2008.
