I think Ron just means that he can't get into the puretracks contest cause he lives in NY state and therefore may not be eligible cause the contest is only open to residents of Canada. I'm just speculating here but its the best i've got.

Some of you may know me from the newsgroup, #thehip, or bootleg trading....unfortunately I haven't kept up with anything in the past 4 years, so if you know me....you're old school.
I know its a desperate plea but PLEASE...I will shower you with bootleg casettes of the hip if anyone can spare a VANCOUVER ticket....make it well worth your while too... (not paying $700usd on ebay).
